PHOTOS: Fall TV Death Pool -- Which New Show Will Be Axed? The reboot stars Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalfe, Jordana Brewster, Julie Gonzalo and Brenda Strong. Joining them will be Dallas vet Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray. The trailer not only features plenty of dramatic scenes and oil-digging moments, but also interviews with the cast, who reflect on the impact that the original show had on television. "This show set a standard that was different than anything had been done before," says Patrick Duffy, who returns to play Bobby Ewing. Cynthia Cidre and Michael M. Robin serve as executive producers on the Warner Horizon Television series premiering next summer and based on the show created by David Jacobs.
